Once the quotation is finalised, then we can sit down with a cup of coffee, and see if we have met the criteria for the budget you are working within, and the home that you are trying to achieve. Jason & Peter will go through the entire contract with you, and in a thorough meeting, will explain how the contract works.Building & Planning Documentation

All our homes start from scratch as a custom build.
Custom home designs are not perfected overnight. This process will be back and forth with our draughtsman a few times, with the more information you can provide at the start, the closer we can get it. Usually around about a month.
We pride ourselves on being a one stop shop. Like our trusted trades that contribute to building your dream home, is a team of draughtsman, engineers, building surveyors and suppliers, who we use on a daily basis, to get it right the first time.
All builds are different, but between 5 – 8 months. This is a conversation that is had once the home has been designed.
Yes variations to designs are possible along the way. Some will occur additional costs depending on the project.
